- “Become a facilitator in a week” – That is a red flag. Exposure is not mastery, and immersion is not competence.
- Heavy mysticism, light procedure – Spiritual framing is not the problem. Vagueness is. If the training speaks in grand language but avoids concrete methods and responsibilities, be skeptical.
